This role is part-time and remote for clinicians based in Washington.
Compensation
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate and a guaranteed minimum payment to ensure financial stability.
- $70.00-$75.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions
- $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time, including documentation
- $1,400-$1,500 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
We guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum. Hourly rates may increase annually based on performance.

Schedule & time commitment
Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours). Available hours (All PST):
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What you9ll do
- Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults 18+; provide parent training and support
- Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
- Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles
- Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner
Who we are looking for
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Washington with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
- Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
- Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools; willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
