We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in Pennsylvania to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.
Compensation and Benefits
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate.
- $115$130 per session for initial assessments
- $70$80 per session for ongoing therapy
Compensation covers both session time and required documentation.
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation.
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance.

Schedule & Time Commitment
Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours)
Available Hours (All EST):
- MondayThursday: 4:00 PM 8:30 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care.
- Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community.
- Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Pennsylvania with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience.
- Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments.
- Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools.
- Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare.
