We seek part-time remote Therapists in New Jersey to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.
Compensation
- $80.00-$90.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions
- $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time, including documentation time
- $1,600-$1,800 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
We guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation. You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on performance.

Schedule & Time Commitment
- Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week with optional additional hours
- Available Hours (EST): Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Friday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over 18, plus parent training and support
- Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
- Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles
- Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in New Jersey with 3+ years post-grad therapy experience
- Required license types: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
- Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and collaboration tools
- Willingness to be cross-licensed in other states and not opted out of Medicare
