We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in Georgia to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits

You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate.
  • $68.00-$74.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions
  • $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time, including documentation time
  • $1,360-$1,480 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation. You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance.
Other benefits include paid consultation time and benefits: $25 per hour for consultation, supervision, and professional development time, paid sick days, malpractice insurance, and CEU coverage. Participate in weekly consultations, peer discussions, and professional development programs in a collaborative & supportive environment.

Schedule & Time Commitment

Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours). Available Hours (All EST):
  • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18, as well as parent training and support
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
  • Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles
  • Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional in Georgia with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
  • Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
  • Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools
  • Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
