Part-time Child & Adolescent Mental Health Therapists (California)

We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in California to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits

You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate.
  • $100.00 - $110.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions
  • $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time, including documentation
  • $2,000 - $2,200 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation. You will also be eligible for annual increases based on performance.
Other benefits include paid consultation time and benefits ($25 per hour for consultation, supervision, and professional development time), paid sick days, malpractice insurance, CEU coverage, and a collaborative support environment with weekly consultations and peer discussions.

Schedule & Commitment

Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours).
Available Hours (All PST):
  • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8–17 and young adults 18+, and provide parent training and support.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care.
  • Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles.
  • Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional in California with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience.
  • Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare.
