We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in New Jersey to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.
Compensation
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate
- $125$145 per session for initial assessments
 - $75$90 per session for ongoing therapy
 
Compensation covers both session time and required documentation
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation.
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance

Your schedule & time commitment
Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours)

 - Saturday: 10:00 AM 1:00 PM
 
What youll do
- Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
 - Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
 - Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community
 - Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
 
Who we are looking for
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in New Jersey with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
 - Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
 - Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
 
- Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools
 - Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
