Handspring is rebuilding the pediatric behavioral health system to make quality mental healthcare accessible to young people. We are a diverse, mission-driven, fully remote team hiring California-licensed mental health therapists.

This is a full-time, salaried W2 position with a base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 and opportunity to earn total compensation between $83,000 and $98,000 per year (including incremental compensation up to $10,000 and sign-on bonus). You will work 40 hours per week with an expected average of 22-24 therapy sessions weekly and an assigned caseload of up to 28 clients.
