Job Description
The Senior Analyst, VBC Strategy and Performance plays a critical role in driving success with Guidehealth’s value-based care (VBC) client. This role collaborates closely with VP and C-level clients at Guidehealth’s partner providers and with Guidehealth’s operational leaders, senior executives, analytics, and finance teams to advance achievement of performance incentives in VBC contracts. Responsibilities include analyzing data to track performance and identify improvement opportunities, validating analyses with operational leaders, facilitating performance meetings and ideation sessions, managing capability-building projects, and working with data and analytics colleagues to build and deliver reporting. The role has high visibility with executive leadership and Board of Directors and offers growth through frequent C-level exposure.
Key responsibilities include:
Performance management and improvement - Internal performance optimization:
- Work with operational and data leaders to structure, execute, and validate analyses identifying opportunities to improve performance including medical cost, patient engagement, quality of care, and other metrics
- Support operational leads in performance management and C-level leadership progress updates, including regular performance reviews
- Expand reporting capabilities by identifying and scoping new reports for different organization levels, collaborating with data and analytics teams to build and deliver them
- Identify and validate potential performance improvement opportunities; scope new projects, initiatives, and capability builds
- Help manage ongoing performance improvement and capability-build projects, supporting project management teams with critical analyses and insights
Client delivery support:
- Prepare and aggregate materials for standing meetings with Guidehealth and client operators, manage project cadence
- Attend, facilitate, and sometimes lead standing meetings, ensuring timely execution of next steps
- Lead ad hoc projects targeting specific opportunities using agile execution (e.g., sprints to improve patient engagement or quality of care)
- Prepare opportunity analyses for validation and presentation to client operators and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or healthcare corporate leadership development
- Strong generalist toolkit including Excel, PowerPoint, and creation of executive communications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive idea advancement
- Expert level analytical skills
- Open to domestic travel 1-2 nights every 2 weeks
Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year.

Compensation
Paid bi-weekly; base pay depends on skill set, experience, education, location, and certifications.
