As a Full Stack Developer assigned to the Data Services team, the role requires experience and comfort in supporting internal business applications and improving automated processes across use cases such as backend database development using C#, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, and frontend application development. Hands-on experience with data pipelines is essential for managing data flows, streamlining data integration, and ensuring high data quality.

Responsibilities include developing, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing custom in-house business applications and web-based portals; triaging, troubleshooting, and investigating reported issues; collaborating with other departments to improve applications and processes; participating in requirements collection, analysis, definition, and documentation; continuous learning; and documenting technical processes while communicating across technical levels.

Required qualifications: 3+ years C# programming experience in a fast-paced environment; 1-3 years developing in ASP.Net; 1-3 years working with SQL Server including troubleshooting and modifying stored procedures; healthcare industry experience is required; experience with SSRS and Python is helpful; knowledge of coding standards and version control; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work effectively with end-users; no work visa sponsorship available.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience; deep understanding of healthcare concepts (claims, eligibility, providers, members, diagnosis codes); experience building end-to-end data-based processes with flexible requirements.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year.
