The Planning and Measurement team is a crucial part of Google's advertising sector, responsible for helping customers understand the value and impact of their campaigns.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and consultant, working closely with both Google's leadership and senior directors to build and deploy strong marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will leverage data and advanced Google technologies to deliver valuable insights to improve advertising effectiveness and drive business results. You will support promoting more effective measurement methodologies for e-commerce, gaming, and travel customer portfolios.

Responsibilities
- Support and advise customer/partner strategies in sales, marketing, or product development, turning data into answers for business questions or insights to help easy decision-making.
- Develop and be responsible for survey models for important customer/partner projects, applying or customizing survey tools and frameworks to identify opportunities, optimize business operations, and maximize usage and effectiveness of Google's products.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to drive business growth, conduct deep analyses, identify business opportunities, and support the development of sales presentations and marketing materials to support go-to-market efforts.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders from various customer/partner departments and levels, especially data/survey stakeholders on the customer/partner side.
- Lead a team, setting and communicating team priorities to support organizational objectives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in marketing analysis, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
- 5 years of experience in sales leadership and people management roles, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimental frameworks, attribution modeling, incremental measurement, statistical methods, SQL, R, Python, and others).
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across departments at all levels, both internally and externally.
