We are looking for a dedicated Health Coach to join our Medical team. In this role, you will support our members in their health journeys by providing coaching and guidance focused on their clinical and wellness goals.
As a Health Coach, you will work closely with members to craft personalized health plans, motivate behavioral changes, and help monitor progress towards their health objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one health coaching to members remotely.
Develop tailored plans based on members' specific health needs and goals.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure integrated care.
Support members in lifestyle changes including nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
Qualifications
Experience in health coaching or related clinical roles is preferred.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
A passion for helping others achieve better health outcomes.
