Teamleiter/in Call-Center/Help Desk (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and committed Team Leader for our Call-Center/Help Desk to lead and develop our team.

Responsibilities

  • Expansion and leadership of a team of up to 25 employees in our Service Center based on key figures aimed at continuous productivity improvement
  • Personnel planning and optimization of daily workflows using the Lean Management approach
  • Mentoring and development of the team toward a performance culture
  • Ensuring high service quality to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Reporting to management on team performance with key figures including improvement measures
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance, implementing measures for continuous improvement

Profile

  • Proven experience in building and/or leading a team in a Service Center and/or Call Center
  • High leadership competence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a motivated team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High self-motivation and strong productivity and quality awareness
  • Experience implementing state-of-the-art technologies, processes, organizations, and key figures in a Service Center/Call Center
  • Experience in healthcare is an advantage
