Job description

Job Description

VEOVITA stands for high-quality and efficient therapeutic services. Our goal is to enable doctors and therapists in Germany to provide modern and high-quality care. We establish partnerships with health insurance companies, bring together motivated therapists across Germany, and relieve them of organizational tasks wherever possible so they can focus on purely medical tasks, such as the joint care of patients through close cooperation between general practitioners and specialists.

We are seeking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a Senior Project Manager Healthcare (m/w/d).

Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will independently plan, implement, and manage projects and tasks related to our partnerships with health insurance companies.
You will act as the interface with our customers and manage all projects and tasks for our insurance partners along the entire value chain, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The core of your role is project management; you keep track of deadlines and timelines (reporting, status tracking, appointment tracking) and continuously communicate with internal and external project stakeholders.
You will independently conduct analyses to identify and implement improvement potentials.
You have many years of practical experience with project management tools.
You have a passion for digitalizing projects and processes.
Ideally, you quickly take on more responsibility for complex projects and tasks.

Your Profile:

We do not think in black-and-white patterns or stereotypes. Our team is diverse, strong, and united by the conviction to help many patients through quick access to low-threshold, clinically proven therapy concepts. With customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and a digital mindset, you will quickly fit in with us.
Furthermore, we seek the following qualifications to optimally complement our team:
  • Completed studies in business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Team spirit and several years of experience working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor towards internal and external partners, and a high patient and customer orientation.
  • Independent work style, high willingness to learn, and self-motivation.
  • Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and willingness to develop further in this dynamic field.
  • Preferably experience collaborating with health insurance companies.
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
Your workplace is hybrid, with visits to our customers throughout Germany, occasional trips to the beautiful Hamburg office located directly at the Fleet in Hamburg-Winterhude, and working from home.

Application:

If you want to help shape the future of digital healthcare provision, we look forward to receiving your application including your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date. Your application will be treated confidentially.
