Company and Job Role
VEOVITA stands for high-quality and efficient therapeutic services.
Our aim is to enable doctors and therapists in Germany to provide modern and high-quality care. To this end, we establish partnerships with health insurance companies, bring motivated therapists together across Germany, and relieve them - wherever possible - of organizational tasks so they can focus on purely medical duties, such as joint care of patients through close cooperation between general practitioners and specialists.
We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a Project Manager Healthcare (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects and tasks related to our partnerships with health insurance companies.
You will be the interface to our customers and lead all projects and tasks for our insurance partners along the entire value chain, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Your core task is project management, keeping deadlines and dates firmly in view (reporting, status tracking, date tracking) and continuously communicating with internal and external project participants.
You will independently conduct analyses to identify and implement improvement potentials.
You have successfully used project management tools in practice.
Digitization of projects and processes is your passion.
Ideally, you quickly take on more responsibility for larger and complex projects and tasks.
Your Profile
We do not think in black-and-white patterns or boxes. Our team is diverse, high-performing, united by the conviction to help many patients through quick access to low-threshold, clinically proven therapy concepts. With customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and a digital mindset, you will quickly find your place with us.
We are looking for the following qualifications to optimally complement our team:
- Completed studies in business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to learn and discipline
- Teamwork skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Very good communication skills, confident appearance towards internal and external partners, and high patient and customer orientation
- Independent working style, high willingness to learn, and self-motivation
- Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and willingness to develop further in this dynamic field
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
Your workplace is remote, with occasional travel to Hamburg to the beautiful office directly at the Fleet in Hamburg-Winterhude.
Application
If you want to help shape the future of digital healthcare, we look forward to receiving your application with your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date. Your application will be treated confidentially.
