Project Manager Healthcare (m/w/d)
VEOVITA stands for high-quality and efficient therapeutic services. Our goal is to enable doctors and therapists in Germany to provide modern and high-quality care. To achieve this, we establish partnerships with health insurance companies, bring motivated doctors and therapists across Germany together, and relieve them - wherever possible - from organizational tasks so that they can fully focus on medical tasks, such as the joint care of patients through close cooperation between general practitioners and specialists.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Healthcare (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing and managing projects and tasks related to our partnerships with health insurance companies.
- You act as the interface to our customers and manage all projects and tasks for our insurance partners along the entire value chain, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- A core part of your job is project management; you keep track of deadlines and milestones (reporting, status tracking, schedule tracking) and continuously communicate with internal and external project stakeholders.
- You independently perform analyses and use customer feedback to identify and implement improvement potentials.
- You have practical experience using project management tools.
- You have a passion for digitizing projects and processes.
- You quickly take on more responsibility for large and complex projects and tasks.
Your Profile:
We do not think in black-and-white patterns or boxes. Our team is diverse, strong-performing, and united by the conviction of helping many patients through quick access to low-threshold, clinically proven therapy concepts. With customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and a digital mindset, you will quickly find your place with us.
- Completed studies in business administration, health management or a comparable qualification.
- Teamwork skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Very good communication skills, confident appearance with internal and external partners, and a high patient and customer orientation.
- Independent working style, discipline, high willingness to learn and self-motivation.
- Digital competence and a digital mindset.
- Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and willingness to develop further in this dynamic field.
- Willingness to quickly take on more responsibility.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
