Project Manager Healthcare (m/w/d)

VEOVITA stands for high-quality and efficient therapeutic services.
Our goal is to enable doctors and therapists in Germany to provide modern and high-quality care. For this purpose, we form partnerships with health insurance companies, bringing motivated doctors and therapists together across Germany and relieving them from organizational tasks wherever possible so they can focus on purely medical tasks, such as joint care of patients through close cooperation between general practitioners and specialists.

Your Responsibilities:

  • As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of projects and tasks related to our partnerships with health insurance companies.
  • You act as the interface to our customers and manage all projects and tasks for our health insurance partners throughout the entire value chain, ensuring smooth operations.
  • The core of your job is project management; you keep track of deadlines and schedules (reporting, status tracking, timeline monitoring) and continuously communicate with internal and external project participants.
  • You conduct independent analyses and use customer feedback to identify and implement improvement potentials.
  • You have practical experience using project management tools.
  • You are passionate about digitalization of projects and processes.
  • You quickly take on more responsibility for large and complex projects and tasks.

Your Profile:

We do not think in black-and-white patterns or boxes. Our team is diverse, powerful, and united by the belief in helping many patients through quick access to low-threshold, clinically proven therapy concepts. With customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality, and a digital mindset, you will quickly find your place with us.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a comparable qualification.
  • Teamwork skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor towards internal and external partners, and a high degree of patient and customer orientation.
  • Independent working style, discipline, high willingness to learn and self-motivation.
  • Digital competence and digital mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and willingness to develop further in this dynamic field.
  • Willingness to quickly take on more responsibility.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
