Job Responsibilities

As an Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you will be strategically and operationally responsible for effectively marketing our digital health solutions across all relevant channels. You will develop holistic campaigns for healthcare providers as well as patients, implement these independently, and coordinate cross-channel measures - creatively, analytically, and always with a focus on success.

Your main tasks include:
  • Implementation of the omnichannel strategy for one of GAIA's leading digital health applications.
  • Ensuring an optimal channel mix across all target groups (email, SEA, social media, SEO, webinars, congress content marketing) for maximum reach and customer retention.
  • ROI orientation and reporting as the basis for continuous optimization of campaigns and evaluation of measures.
  • Collaboration with creative teams to create high-quality content tailored to various platforms and target groups along the customer journey.
  • Active monitoring of market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to adapt campaigns and content to current developments.
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including opinion leaders, patient organizations, sales, and market access to continuously adjust campaigns and maximize product impact.
  • Budget monitoring & resource allocation.

Candidate Profile

Key skills:
  • Practical and structured approach
  • Experience in conducting coordinated marketing activities across various digital and offline channels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Resource-oriented and agile

Experience and qualifications:
  • Degree in marketing, health sciences, business administration, or natural sciences
  • Experience as a product manager or in a similar role, particularly with digital marketing campaigns and omnichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta
  • Initial experience with AI tools and marketing automation (Hubspot) is desirable
