Head of Clinical Psychotherapy (m/f/d)
As head of clinical psychotherapy, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of therapeutic care programs for patients and work closely with doctors and psychotherapists. Your leadership skills and expertise in psychiatry and/or psychotherapy will help us provide patients with the best possible treatment and support.
Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of standardized therapy programs and interventions with a focus on digital solutions
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Conducting regular internal and external training and continuing education to promote professional competence
- Monitoring and evaluating clinical success and developing quality assurance measures
- Reporting on clinical developments and performance indicators
Your profile:
- License as a psychological psychotherapist or psychiatrist with solid training in a recognized therapeutic procedure
- Several years of professional experience with a broad patient clientele in clinical psychotherapy, preferably with leadership or team management experience
- Excellent knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques
- Experience with the use of digital interventions
- Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for digitization and the associated opportunities in patient care
- Focus on the effectiveness of interventions, including their impact on functionality/work ability
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
