We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as Head of Clinical Psychotherapy (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

As the Head of Clinical Psychotherapy, you will play a key role in developing and implementing therapeutic care programs for patients and work closely with doctors and psychotherapists. Your leadership skills and expertise in psychiatry and/or psychotherapy will contribute to providing patients with the best possible treatment and support.

Development and implementation of standardized therapy programs and interventions with a focus on digital solutions.

Ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Conducting regular internal and external trainings and further education to promote professional competence.

Monitoring and evaluating clinical successes as well as developing quality assurance measures.

Reporting on clinical developments and performance indicators.

Licensed psychological psychotherapist or psychiatrist with thorough training in a recognized therapeutic procedure.

Several years of professional experience with a broad patient clientele in clinical psychotherapy, preferably with leadership or team management experience.

Excellent knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques.

Experience with the use of digital interventions.

Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for digitization and the associated opportunities in patient care.

Orientation to the effectiveness of interventions including their impact on functionality/work ability.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication skills in German and English.
