Head of Performance Marketing (m/w/d)

They combine scientific, technological, and therapeutic expertise under one roof, setting a global standard for innovation and evidence with therapy software like deprexis.
To strengthen their dynamically growing marketing team, they are seeking a "Head of Performance Marketing" for their digital health applications. This is a full-time, 100% remote position (40 hours/week) with occasional travel to Hamburg. Residency in Germany is a prerequisite.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire marketing of digital health solutions, with a focus on performance, growth, and data-driven campaigns. The role emphasizes scaling the business in a dynamically growing market environment. You manage both B2B and B2C marketing activities, initiate new impulses, and work operatively from conception to optimization.
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize performance marketing strategies (SEA, Social, Display, Affiliate, SEO, etc.) across all channels and target groups (doctors and patients), focusing on scalable campaigns and sustainable growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a small interdisciplinary marketing team (content, design, brand, events).
- Scaling: Develop measures to scale marketing activities and processes efficiently and systematically increase the reach and impact in the market.
- Hands-on Mentality: Be present in daily operations, analyze campaign results, manage service providers, and actively participate in tasks from creatives to tracking.
- Automation & Tools: Actively use modern marketing automation, CRM, and AI tools. Drive the digitization and automation of all marketing processes.
- Brand Building: Strengthen the perception of GAIA products across all relevant channels, from online launches to webinars.
- Events & Communication: Support the organization and implementation of webinars, congresses, and other events for doctors and patients.
- Reporting: Analyze and present marketing performance directly to management—transparent, fact-based, and solution-oriented.
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in (digital) performance marketing, ideally in a dynamic or digital health/tech environment.
- Initial leadership experience (e.g., team lead, project management, or senior marketing manager with control responsibilities).
- Proven success in planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns along the funnel (including tracking and analytics).
- Confident use of relevant tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, HubSpot, email automation, AI marketing tools).
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style with high self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex content understandable.
- Very good German skills, good English skills.
