BI & Data Operations Analyst (m/w/d) in the Digital Health Area
VEOVITA stands for high-quality and efficient therapeutic offerings. Our goal is to enable doctors and therapists in Germany to provide modern and high-quality care. We partner with health insurance companies and bring motivated general practitioners and specialists across Germany together for the joint care of our patients, supported by our team of psychotherapists via telephone.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis: Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and create reports for operations controlling.
Process Optimization: Monitor and optimize operational metrics, ensure data integrity through quality checks, and further develop data pipelines.
Technology & Tools: Use BI and data analysis tools such as SQL, Metabase, and internal programs for data analysis, storage, and processing.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., psychotherapists, software development, management) to develop data-driven strategies and implement business requirements.
Regulatory Data Protection Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies and implement governance requirements.
Support & Troubleshooting: Identify and solve data-related issues and support users with data-related questions.

Furthermore, we are looking for the following qualifications to optimally complement our team:
Education & Experience: Completed studies in business informatics, data science, computer science, or a related field or comparable professional experience in business intelligence and data management.
Analytical & Technical Skills: Experience in analyzing complex data sets, creating dashboards and reports, and optimizing data processes.
Data Management & BI Tools: Profound knowledge of SQL, Metabase, and other BI or data analysis tools for data processing and visualization.
Data Quality & Governance: Experience in ensuring data integrity, data governance, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Problem-Solving & Process Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve data issues and design data-driven processes efficiently.
Communication & Teamwork: Ability to convey data-based insights clearly and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Hands-on Mentality & Initiative: Proactive, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for data-driven decisions in digital healthcare.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
