They are seeking an Application Manager (m/w/d) for the operation and continuous development of their digital healthcare platform. This role serves as a central interface between internal stakeholders and the development team. The Application Manager ensures the stable and efficient operation of the platform, analyzes error reports, collaborates with the development team to conceptualize new features, optimizes processes, and contributes actively to providing innovative digital health solutions for doctors and patients.
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the central contact for all internal stakeholders and coordinate the operation and development of the digital healthcare platform.
Analyze the needs of internal stakeholders and develop technical solutions based on those needs.
Work closely with the development team, manage acceptance criteria, and ensure software releases are functionally accurate and stable.
Analyze error reports and initiate appropriate corrective measures if necessary.
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for employees.
Your Profile:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education such as IT specialist; certification as Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is a plus.
Experience in Application Management or software development and IT project management.
Good understanding of software testing and quality assurance.
Experience with SQL and ability to perform ad-hoc queries for quick data insights.
Strong communication skills in German and English with a service-oriented attitude.
Structured, solution-oriented work style and ability to convey complex issues clearly.
Team player with a high level of initiative and technical competence.
