A task that challenges:
You support the planning and execution of our network events, expert regulars' tables and partner events.
You take care of invitation management via CRM (HubSpot) and maintain and optimize our contact database.
You communicate with service providers, obtain quotes and accompany the implementation of events on site.
You set up customer mailings and manage parts of our website, e.g. our event landing pages (WordPress).
You actively support the team in daily business - e.g. in the planning and organization of customer meetings, travel and office management.
A background that convinces:
You are a enrolled student - e.g. in the fields of business, communication sciences, event management or similar.
You are structured, responsible and enjoy working in a team.
You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and enjoy taking on operational tasks.
You have very good German and good English skills.
Initial experience with events, CRM systems or project work is a plus - but not a must.
