A task that challenges:
Support in planning and executing our network events, expert meetups, and partner events.
Manage invitations via CRM (HubSpot) and maintain and optimize our contact database.
Communicate with service providers, obtain quotes, and accompany event execution on site.
Set up customer mailings and manage parts of our website, e.g., our event landing pages (WordPress).
Actively support the team in day-to-day business – e.g., planning and organizing customer meetings, travel, and office management.
A background that convinces:
Enrolled student – e.g., in business, communication sciences, event management, or similar fields.
Structured, responsible, and enjoys teamwork.
Has a strong hands-on mentality and enjoys taking on operational tasks.
Very good German and good English skills.
First experiences with events, CRM systems, or project work are a plus but not a must.
