Caspar Health is a growing digital health company offering solutions for prevention, rehabilitation, and rehab aftercare. We support people in maintaining their health as well as regaining independence after illness or accident — flexibly and location-independent. We combine the Caspar App with individual care through our digital Caspar Clinic.
We are looking for a Venture/Business Development Manager (all genders) to join as soon as possible. You will be part of our Research & Development team, responsible for Business Development, Market Research, clinical studies, and regulatory topics. Together with colleagues in Business Development, you will shape Caspar's strategic development. You will develop sound business cases from the initial idea to market-ready solutions. Instead of classic sales or strategic business development, our focus is on operational development and implementation of business cases.
Your Challenges
- Develop new business areas from initial ideas to the implementation of viable business and care concepts
- Manage projects independently and collaborate closely with colleagues from Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial teams
- Create, model, and evaluate business cases including cost structures, revenue potentials, and economic analyses
- Continuously analyze market trends and innovations in healthcare and assess their relevance for Caspar
- Drive the development of standards and processes in project management and business development
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business development and project management, preferably in a startup or digital (health) sector
- Practical experience in implementing business cases and operational project execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop market-economic relationships and concrete implementation plans
- Strong communication skills to convey complex content appropriately for the target audience
- Ideally, experience in the healthcare sector, e.g., collaboration with clinics or payers
- Fluent in German and English
