Venture/Business Development Manager

What to expect

Caspar Health is a growing digital health company with solutions for prevention, rehabilitation, and post-rehabilitation care. We support people in maintaining their health and regaining their independence after illness or accident – flexibly and location-independent. For this, we combine the Caspar App with individual care through our digital Caspar Clinic.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (all genders) starting as soon as possible:
You will be part of our Research & Development team, which is responsible for Business Development, Market Research, clinical studies, and Regulatory topics. You will develop well-founded business cases – from the first idea to a market-ready solution. Instead of classic sales or purely strategic business development, our focus is on the operational further development and implementation of concrete business cases. You will take on project management and ideally bring an affinity for working with Product/Tech teams as well as an understanding of the healthcare sector.

Your Challenges

  • Development of new business fields – from the first idea to the implementation of viable business and care concepts
  • Independent project management - close collaboration with colleagues from Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial
  • Business cases - creation, modeling, and evaluation of business cases (including cost structures, revenue potentials, and profitability analyses)
  • Market trends and innovations - continuous analysis of market trends and innovations in the healthcare sector and evaluation of their relevance for Caspar
  • Further development of processes - active further development of standards and processes in project management and business development

Your profile

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience in business development and project management, preferably in a startup or in the digital (health) sector
  • You bring practical experience in the implementation of business cases and the operational execution of projects
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to develop both market-economic contexts and concrete implementation plans
  • You convince with strong communication skills and can convey complex content in a target group-oriented manner
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in healthcare – e.g., in collaboration with clinics or cost bearers
  • You speak fluent German and English
