Caspar Health is a growing digital health company with solutions for prevention, rehabilitation, and rehab aftercare. We support people in maintaining their health and regaining their independence after illness or accident – flexibly and location-independent. For this, we combine the Caspar App with individualized support through our digital Caspar Clinic.
We are looking for a Venture/Business Development Manager (all genders) to join us as soon as possible:
You will be part of our Research & Development team, which is responsible for business development, market research, clinical studies, and regulatory topics. Together with colleagues in business development, you will shape the strategic development of Caspar. You will develop solid business cases – from the initial idea to market-ready solutions. Instead of classic sales or purely strategic business development, our focus is on the operational development and implementation of concrete business cases. You take on project management and ideally bring an affinity for collaboration with product/tech teams as well as an understanding of healthcare.
Your Challenges
- Development of new business fields – from the initial idea to the implementation of viable business and care concepts
- Independent project management - close collaboration with colleagues from product, tech, data, and commercial
- Business cases - creation, modeling, and evaluation of business cases (including cost structures, revenue potentials, and profitability analyses)
- Market trends and innovations - continuous analysis of market trends and innovations in healthcare and assessment of relevance for Caspar
- Process development - active development of standards and processes in project management and business development
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in business development and project management, preferably in a startup or digital (health) area
- You bring practical experience in implementing business cases and operational project execution
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to develop both market-economic relationships and concrete implementation plans
- You convince with strong communication skills and can convey complex content in a target-group-appropriate manner
- You ideally already have experience in healthcare – e.g., working with clinics or payers
- You speak fluent German and English

Caspar Health is a digital rehabilitation clinic with a vision to provide patients with access to the most effective rehabilitation treatment at any time, any place.
Medical facilities use Caspar Health to conduct therapy measures online with their patients during their hospital stay and after discharge. The combination of learning technology with in-depth medical knowledge ensures that the therapy goal is achieved sustainably.
