Caspar Health is a growing digital health company with solutions for prevention, rehabilitation, and post-rehabilitation care. We help people maintain their health and regain independence after illness or injury—flexibly and remotely. We combine the Caspar App with individual support through our digital Caspar Clinic.
We are looking for a Venture/Business Development Manager (all genders) to join as soon as possible:
You will be part of our Research & Development team, which is responsible for business development, market research, clinical studies, and regulatory issues. Together with colleagues in business development, you will shape the strategic development of Caspar. You will develop sound business cases—from the initial idea to market-ready solutions. Instead of classic sales or purely strategic business development, our focus is on the operational development and implementation of concrete business cases. You will take project leadership and ideally bring an affinity for collaboration with product/tech teams as well as an understanding of the healthcare sector.
Your Challenges
- Develop new business areas—from the initial idea to the implementation of viable business and care concepts
- Independent project management—close collaboration with colleagues from product, tech, data, and commercial areas
- Create, model, and evaluate business cases (including cost structures, revenue potential, and profitability analyses)
- Continuous analysis of market trends and innovations in healthcare and assess their relevance for Caspar
- Actively develop standards and processes in project management and business development
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business development and project management, preferably in a startup or digital (health) area
- Practical experience in implementing business cases and operational project execution
- Strong analytical skills to develop both market-economic contexts and concrete implementation plans
- Strong communication skills to convey complex content appropriately to the target audience
- Ideally some experience in healthcare, e.g., collaboration with clinics or payers
- Fluent in German and English
