Job Description
The average waiting time for a therapy spot in Germany is 5-6 months, and many affected individuals never get access to effective help. We believe this must change. With Sympatient, we are building the first Digital Mental Health Clinic in Europe through the combination of psychotherapy, technology, and data-driven care.
Our offerings Invirto® (Therapy against anxiety) and Beavivo combine digital psychotherapy products with accessible care in a nationwide network of immediately available therapy places.
For this, we need not only therapists but also a strong operations team - and here you come into play. In the area of Therapy Access & Customer Care, you will help people start quickly and easily with the right psychotherapeutic care. Thus, you actively contribute to ensuring that our available therapy places are used efficiently and as many people as possible receive timely help.
Your Mission
In this role, you are the connecting interface between patients and their path to therapy—for everyone who wants to start their treatment through us. You help people understand our care offerings and find the therapy path that suits them. You ensure that available therapy spots are optimally used and that no one has to wait unnecessarily. Your goal: as many suitable therapy entries as possible—efficiently and with the shortest possible processing time.
- You are the first point of contact for people who want to begin therapy through Beavivo or Invirto—empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented.
- You comprehensively advise interested parties on our care offerings—both within health insurance and self-payer models—and conduct convincing, appreciative sales conversations.
- You qualify inquiries based on defined criteria and assign patients to appropriate care pathways or offerings.
- You coordinate callbacks, support patients with administrative matters (e.g., obtaining necessary documents), and ensure a smooth process until therapy begins.
- You maintain and update relevant data in the system and actively help develop our processes and the structure of our digital patient funnels.
- You receive individualized, structured onboarding and can always rely on the support of experienced colleagues.

What We Are Looking For
- A desire to actively contribute to faster access to psychotherapeutic help and joy in designing clear, efficient, and smooth processes.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact, willingness to make many consecutive calls.
- A completed education or degree in commercial fields, healthcare, business administration, communication, social work, or similar.
- Previous experience in customer-oriented environments such as hospitality, call centers, sales, customer service, patient reception, or practice organization.
- Empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communication skills, especially on the phone.
- Fluency in German at a native speaker level.
- A desire to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment working with patients and customers.
