Teamlead Operations (Therapy Access) I starting immediately I Hamburg
The average waiting time for a therapy place in Germany is 5-6 months – and many affected people never get access to effective help. We believe it shouldn't be like this. With Sympatient, we are building the first Digital Mental Health Clinic in Europe – by combining psychotherapy, technology, and data-driven care design.
Our offerings Invirto(https://invirto.de/) and Beavivo (https://beavivo.de/) connect digital psychotherapy products with accessible care in a nationwide network of immediately available therapy places.
Your mission: You lead two operations subteams responsible for the intake of patients into psychotherapeutic care. Your goal is to make access to appropriate therapy efficient, smooth, and scalable – while optimally utilizing our available therapy places.
- You manage and develop our growing Therapy Access team (currently 10+ persons), consisting of two distinct subteams: self-payer care & health insurance (GKV, 140a, PKV).
- You motivate your team to help our patients as best as possible and enable them to give their best.
- You develop an operational structure with your subteam leads to efficiently guide patients into appropriate care – across all channels and products.
- You design and monitor key KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, time to therapy start, capacity utilization) and work data-driven and structured.
- You are responsible for continuous process and tool improvement – together with Therapy Ops, Product, Marketing & Tech.
- You ensure seamless collaboration with other teams (e.g., support, billing, care management) and smooth handover to the next process step.
- You play a key role in our care growth – your team is the gateway for all patients.
What to look forward to:
