Your Responsibilities
- Sales of complex and consultative solutions, products, and services in the German healthcare market
- Responsibility for acquiring new customers and sustainable development of valuable business contacts
- Operational business initiation, customer acquisition, and order generation with coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the holistic development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other functions
- Independent organization and participation in trade fairs, customer, and sales events
- Tender screening and preparation of offers for complex solutions
- Leadership in contract negotiations with sales and project partners and customer-oriented negotiations
Your Profile
- Completed university studies, e.g., in political and administrative sciences, economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable fields
- Extensive experience in sales of complex and large-scale solutions, products, or services or in consulting
- Interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in the field of healthcare market payers
- Analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong communication and moderation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven working style
- Ability to think and act economically and responsibly manage resources
- Very good English skills
