Your Responsibilities

  • Sales of complex and consultative solutions, products, and services in the German healthcare market
  • Responsibility for acquiring new customers and sustainable development of valuable business contacts
  • Operational business initiation, customer acquisition, and order generation with coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for the holistic development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other functions
  • Independent organization and participation in trade fairs, customer, and sales events
  • Tender screening and preparation of offers for complex solutions
  • Leadership in contract negotiations with sales and project partners and customer-oriented negotiations

Your Profile

  • Completed university studies, e.g., in political and administrative sciences, economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable fields
  • Extensive experience in sales of complex and large-scale solutions, products, or services or in consulting
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in the field of healthcare market payers
  • Analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong communication and moderation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven working style
  • Ability to think and act economically and responsibly manage resources
  • Very good English skills
