Your Responsibilities
Sales of complex and explanatory solutions, products, and services in the German healthcare market.
Responsible for building new customers and sustainably developing valuable business contacts.
Operational business initiation, customer acquisition, and order generation with coordination of internal and external participants.
Responsible for the holistic development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other functional areas.
Independent organization of and participation in trade fairs, customer and sales events.
Tender screening and offer preparation for complex solutions.
Leadership in contract negotiations with sales and project partners and conclusion-oriented negotiation with customers.
Your Profile
Completed university degree, e.g. in political and administrative sciences, economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable courses.
Many years of experience in sales of complex and large-scale solutions, products or services or in consulting.
Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in the area of healthcare payers.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as pronounced communication and moderation skills.
Negotiation strength and conclusion-oriented working style.
Ability to think and act economically and responsible use of resources.
Very good English skills.
