You take responsibility for communication and coordination with your partner clients at management level and maintain a professional relationship with them.
You work with each partner in your portfolio on specific projects for the healthcare of the future – from strategy development to strategic project management to operational implementation and coordination of networking opportunities.
You analyze current market developments in the German healthcare sector, strategically classify them, and derive well-founded recommendations and concrete courses of action for your partners.
You support your partners in classifying regulatory frameworks and their impact on their business models.
You support the business development of Flying Health by acquiring new partners and actively contributing to the further development of our range of services.
You expand existing partner relationships and acquire new customers – this includes developing new offerings and identifying upselling potentials.
You represent Flying Health at national and international events and conferences – both as a participant and as a speaker, panelist, or moderator.
A background that convinces:
You have a successfully completed university degree in economics, medicine, psychology, or a natural science.
You have at least five years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, a digital health startup, consulting, or a related field – ideally with a focus on business development, strategy, innovation management, or sales.
You have a solid understanding of the German healthcare system, digital health solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
You have experience working with partner companies at management level and are proficient in strategic consulting as well as project management.
You work independently, proactively, and result-oriented – even in a dynamic and demanding environment.
You are strong in communication and able to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly.
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
You are willing to allocate up to 20% of your working time for travel within Germany.
