Tasks

• App development with Flutter: You design and implement new features and extend existing functionalities of our app.
• Backend development and database: You are responsible for building, further developing, and maintaining our backend and the associated databases.
• Data analytics: You support the further development of our algorithms and enable the team to work with data-based insights.
• Operation and maintenance: You monitor the smooth operation of the platform, fix errors, and take care of technical support.
• Testing and releases: You are responsible for testing new features and ensuring stable and timely releases of our software.

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) or comparable practical experience through relevant projects, also part-time.
• High-quality standards with a strong focus on the user perspective.
• Independent and responsible working style combined with high motivation.
• Solid technical knowledge, especially in the following areas:

1. Flutter: Deep experience in developing scalable mobile apps (including UI, state management, API, performance)
2. Databases: Confident handling of relational databases.
3. Backend: JVM-based development (Java or Kotlin) (desirable)
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (desirable)

• Negotiation-proof German skills (at least C1/C2), as the app is aimed at the German market.
