We are a young, dynamically growing stock corporation in the healthcare sector. Since 2007, we have been developing innovative solutions and services with a dedicated team of currently 100 employees to improve the quality of service offerings of statutory health insurance companies and to purchase services more economically. Your Tasks
As part of our innovation team, you will develop user-centered digital products and services together with colleagues and external cooperation partners, from which our customers and statutory health insurance insured persons benefit. With your expertise, you promote the agile implementation and iterative development of ideas and support the development teams in agile, creative, and user-centered work on new products, services, and business models.
Your specific tasks include:
- Development and further development of innovative products and services in interdisciplinary teams.
- Methodological support of Product Owners and development teams in applying agile principles and strengthening self-management, responsibility, and communication within teams.
- Facilitation and moderation of SCRUM events (e.g., Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Ensuring consistent user centricity and integration of UX principles into the agile development process.
- Elimination of impediments and optimization of development processes.
- Stakeholder management and mediation between the team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
- Promotion of the agile mindset in the company and further development of agile methods and processes.
- Application of innovation methods and approaches like Design Thinking or Lean Start-up.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in a suitable field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management, or similar) or equivalent training.
- Solid knowledge and relevant practical experience in applying agile working methods, ideally in the role of Scrum Master.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in innovation projects, business development, and/or digital product development, preferably in healthcare (statutory health insurance/eHealth sector).
- Agile mindset, solution-oriented working style, and very good team skills with a sense of team dynamics and development.
- High level of empathy, communication and cooperation skills, and consulting competence.
- Experience in moderating and designing workshops.
- Desirable: Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) and experience in innovation, user/UX research, or UX design.
