With over 400 customers in the DACH region and England and a successfully closed financing round of 10 million euros in 2024, we aim to take the next step from start-up to grown-up. For this, we are looking for a Sales Lead (m/w/d) to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales team, support team members to achieve goals, and foster personal and professional development.
Define clear sales goals and develop effective strategies for optimizing sales processes together with the founder Jasper. Participate in management team and board presentations and company-wide decisions.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to product presentations to contract signing.
Conduct discussions with potential customers, analyze needs, tailor pitches accordingly, and negotiate confidently to close deals.
Ensure the use of the right tools and materials to optimize sales activities.
Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities in Salesforce and optimal use of tools.
Represent Myo at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Several years of professional sales experience in a start-up environment in health and B2B SaaS.
Experience in team leadership with focus on motivation and development.
Success in complex sales processes with multiple decision levels and stakeholders.
Personal strengths: high adaptability, motivation, empathy, confident presence during long sales cycles, clear and understandable communication of complex content.
Technical affinity: proficient with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
Languages: fluent German, good English is an advantage (company language is English).
