With over 400 customers in the DACH region and England and a successfully completed financing round of 10 million euros in 2024, we want to take the next step: from start-up to grown-up. For this, we are looking for a Sales Lead (m/f/d) to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
Your tasks include:
- Leading and developing the sales team, supporting employees in achieving goals and promoting their personal and professional development.
- Defining clear sales goals together with the founder, developing effective strategies to optimize sales processes.
- Being part of the Myo management team, participating in board presentations and company-wide decisions.
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Engaging with potential customers, analyzing their needs, and tailoring presentations accordingly.
- Confidently negotiating with decision-makers to close deals.
- Ensuring the use of the right tools and materials to optimize sales activities.
- Ensuring precise documentation of sales activities in Salesforce and optimal tool utilization.
- Representing Myo at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Your profile includes:
- Experience in sales with several years in a start-up environment in health and B2B SaaS.
- Leadership skills with initial experience in team management focusing on motivation and development.
- Success in complex sales processes involving multiple decision levels and stakeholders.
- High adaptability, motivation, empathy, and confident demeanor, even during lengthy sales cycles.
- Ability to communicate complex content clearly and understandably.
- Technical affinity and confident use of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Language skills: fluent German; good English is a plus (company language: English).
