The glasses are an innovative medical device that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps them to distract their thoughts and reduces the need for medication. The use of the glasses is simple and convincing. With the mature 3rd product generation, we are market leaders in the DACH region. Thus you have strong arguments in sales and consulting talks.
98% Digital Sales, Internal Staff, and Flexible Work Arrangement
Due to current circumstances and as a tradition of a digital company, our sales activities are organized 98% digitally. This means that at HappyMed you will primarily work internally. Direct customer visits are not necessary.
Your working hours can be flexibly organized in consultation with us, and you can freely choose your workplace. Training would take place in Vienna for 1-2 weeks. Afterwards, whenever presence is necessary, we will invite you to Vienna for a few days.
We focus more on performance than hours, so you can sometimes start your weekend early when work is done.
We offer an annual salary starting at €45,000 gross plus commissions. Willingness to pay more is given for higher qualifications or professional experience.

Your Tasks
Sales (70%)
- Contact person for decision-makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers)
- Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system and telephone acquisition of new customers in clinics (following online and offline marketing activities that warm up leads)
- Contacting prospects on LinkedIn
- Product presentation via videoconferences
- Organization and support of test placements
- Creating offers
- Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new customer acquisition
Key Account Management (20%)
- Regular exchange with existing customers and documentation in CRM
- Management and verification of HappyMed rental contracts
- Preparation of monthly reports
Marketing (10%)
- Lead enriching in CRM
- Preparation and organization of trade fairs
- Carrying out postal mailings
Your Qualifications
Several years of work experience in sales (ideally in B2B sales or as a key account manager in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, but also career changers are welcome if they come from the healthcare sector, e.g., hospitals)
