We are looking for a sales employee (m/f/d) to help us sell our innovative video glasses to hospitals. If you are motivated, articulate, and persuasive, you are the right fit for us!
Innovative HappyMed video glasses for clinics to facilitate medical treatments for patients
We love to entertain our customers with the HappyMed video glasses. The glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch movies, concerts or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps them to distract themselves and reduces the need for medication. The use of the glasses is simple and convincing. With the mature 3rd product generation, we are the market leader in the DACH region. You have powerful arguments for sales and consulting conversations.
98% digital sales, internal service with flexible working arrangement
Currently and due to the "tradition" of being a digital company, our sales activities are organized 98% digitally. This means that you will primarily work in internal sales. Direct customer visits are not necessary.
Your working hours can be flexible in coordination with us, and you can freely choose your workplace. Training will take place in Vienna for 1-2 weeks. Afterwards, whenever presence is necessary, you will be brought to Vienna for a few days. Since we value performance over hours, you can also start your weekend earlier when the work is done.
The position offers an annual salary starting at 45,000 € gross plus commissions. The willingness for higher payment exists with higher qualifications and experience.

Your Tasks

Sales (70%)
  • Contact person for decision makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers)
  • Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system and phone acquisition of new customers in clinics (following online and offline marketing activities that warm up leads)
  • Contact with prospects on LinkedIn
  • Product presentation via videoconferences
  • Organization and support of test placements
  • Creating offers
  • Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars and similar events for new customer acquisition
Key Account Management (20%)
  • Regular exchange with existing customers and documentation in CRM
  • Management and verification of HappyMed rental contracts
  • Preparation of monthly reports
Marketing (10%)
  • Lead enriching in CRM
  • Preparation and organization of trade fairs
  • Carrying out post mailings

Your Profile

  • Several years of work experience in sales (ideally in B2B sales or as a key account manager in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, but also career changers welcomed if from the health sector, e.g. hospital)
  • Reliable
  • Structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style
  • Optimistic character and enjoys laughing
  • Solution-oriented thinking with ability to proactively suggest and implement improvements in all areas of the company
