Sell innovative HappyMed video glasses to clinics and make medical treatments easier for patients.
We love to entertain our customers with the HappyMed video glasses. The glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps patients to distract themselves and require less medication. The application of the glasses is simple and convincing. With the mature 3rd product generation, we are market leaders in the DACH region. You have convincing arguments for sales and consulting talks.

Working Conditions
98% digital sales in internal sales with flexible working conditions. Due to current circumstances and the tradition of a digital company, our sales activities are organized 98% digitally. This means you will primarily work in internal sales. Direct customer visits are not necessary.
You can organize your working hours flexibly in agreement with us and choose your work location freely. Training will take place in Vienna for 1-2 weeks. After that, if presence is necessary, you will be called to Vienna for a few days.
We value performance more than hours, so you can start your weekend earlier if your work is done.
Salary: Starting at 45,000 EUR gross per year plus commissions. Willingness to pay more for higher qualifications or experience.

Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
- Contact person for decision-makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers)
- Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system and telephone acquisition of new customers in clinics (following online and offline marketing activities that warm up leads)
- Contact with interested parties on LinkedIn
- Product presentations via videoconferences
- Organization and accompaniment of test installations
- Creation of offers
- Occasional attendance at trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new customer acquisition
Key Account Management (20%)
- Regular exchange with existing customers and documentation in CRM
- Management and review of HappyMed rental contracts
- Preparation of monthly reports
Marketing (10%)
- Lead enriching in CRM
- Preparation and organization of trade fairs
- Conducting postal mailings
Requirements
- Several years of work experience in sales (ideally in B2B sales or as a key account manager in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, but also welcomed as a career changer if you come from the healthcare industry, e.g., hospitals)
- Reliable
- Structured, independent and performance-oriented working style
- Optimistic character and likes to laugh
- Solution-oriented thinking and independently suggesting and implementing improvements in all areas of the company
