Sell innovative HappyMed video glasses to clinics and make medical treatments easier for patients
We love to entertain our customers with the HappyMed video glasses. The glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps them to distract themselves faster and need less medication. The application of the glasses is easy to explain and convincing. With the mature 3rd product generation, we are market leaders in the DACH region. You have strong arguments for sales and consultation talks.

98% digital sales, inside sales with flexible work arrangement
Due to current circumstances and the "tradition" of a digital company, we have organized our sales activities 98% digitally. This means that you will primarily work in inside sales at HappyMed. Direct customer visits are not necessary.
You can organize your working hours flexibly in agreement with us and freely choose your place of work. The onboarding would take place for 1-2 weeks in Vienna. Afterward, when presence is necessary, we would invite you to Vienna for a few days.

Since we value performance more than hours, you can also start the weekend earlier if the work is done.
For the position, we offer an annual salary starting at 45,000 € gross plus commissions. There is willingness to pay more based on higher qualifications or work experience.

We are a small team that values positive cooperation. We regularly take time to have breakfast, cook and eat lunch together, or spend the evening together with a cool drink. Preferably on the sunlit terrace in our large attic office.
Your tasks:
Sales (70 %)
  • Contact person for decision-makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers)
  • Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system and telephone acquisition of new customers in clinics (following up on online and offline marketing activities that warm up leads)
  • Contact with interested parties on LinkedIn
  • Product presentation via video conferences
  • Organization and support of test placements
  • Creating offers
  • Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars and similar events for new customer acquisition
Key Account Management (20 %)
  • Regular exchange with existing customers and documentation in the CRM
  • Management and review of HappyMed rental contracts
  • Preparation of monthly reports
Marketing (10 %)
  • Lead enriching in the CRM
  • Preparation and organization of trade fairs
  • Carrying out post mailings
What you should bring:
  • Several years of work experience in sales (ideally in B2B sales or as a key account manager in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, but also career changers welcome if you come from the health sector, e.g. hospital)
  • You are reliable
  • You work structured, independently and performance-oriented
  • You have an optimistic character and like to laugh
  • You think solution-oriented and voluntarily propose improvements in all areas of the company or implement them independently.
