Sell innovative HappyMed video glasses to clinics and ease patients' medical treatments
We love to entertain our customers with HappyMed video glasses. The glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps them distract themselves and reduces the need for medication. The use of the glasses is simple and convincing. With the advanced 3rd product generation, we are market leaders in the DACH region. You will have strong arguments for sales and consultation talks.

98% digital sales, inside sales, and flexible work arrangement
Due to current circumstances and our tradition as a digital company, our sales activities are organized 98% digitally. This means you will primarily work in inside sales. Direct customer visits are not necessary.
You can organize your working hours flexibly in agreement with us and choose your workplace freely. Onboarding will take place in Vienna for 1-2 weeks. Afterwards, if presence is necessary, you will be called to Vienna for a few days.
We value performance over hours, so you might start your weekend earlier if the work is done.

We offer an annual salary starting at €45,000 gross plus commissions. Higher pay is possible with more qualifications or experience.

Your tasks:
Sales (70%)
- Contact person for decision-makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers)
- Phone contact with existing contacts in the system and cold calling new hospital customers (following online and offline marketing activities to warm up leads)
- Contacting interested parties on LinkedIn
- Product presentations via video conferences
- Organization and support of test placements
- Preparing offers
- Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new customer acquisition
Key Account Management (20%)
- Regular exchange with existing customers and documentation in CRM
- Management and verification of HappyMed rental contracts
- Preparation of monthly reports
Marketing (10%)
- Lead enriching in CRM
- Preparation and organization of trade fairs
- Conducting post mailings
What you should bring:
- Several years of sales experience (ideally in B2B sales or as a key account manager in medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, but also welcome as a career changer if you come from the healthcare sector, e.g. hospital)
- Reliable
- Structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style
- Optimistic character and enjoys laughing
- Solution-oriented thinking and proactively suggests improvements in all areas of the company or implements them independently
