We are looking for a sales employee (m/f/d) to support the distribution of our innovative video glasses to hospitals. If you are motivated and articulate and find it easy to convince people, you are the right fit for us!
Product
The HappyMed video glasses are an innovative medical product that allows patients to watch movies, concerts, or documentaries before, during, or after medical treatments. This helps patients to distract themselves, requiring fewer medications. The glasses are easy to use and convincing. With the mature third generation of our product, we are the market leader in the DACH region.
Sales and consultations are strong points with compelling arguments due to the advanced product.

Work Environment
The sales activities are 98% digital, organized mainly in inside sales. Direct customer visits are not necessary.
You can organize working hours flexibly in agreement, and choose your work location freely. Initial training takes place for 1-2 weeks in Vienna, after which presence is only occasionally required for a few days for specific needs.
Performance is valued more than hours, allowing flexible time management.
Compensation and Team
An annual salary from 45,000 EUR gross plus commissions is offered, with willingness to pay more for higher qualifications or experience.
We are a small, family-like team who values positive interaction, shared breakfasts, cooking, lunches, and relaxing evenings together, preferably on the sunny roof terrace of our large attic office.
Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
- Contact person for decision-makers in hospitals in the DACH region (chief physicians, medical directors, clinic managers).
- Telephone contact with existing system contacts and acquisition of new hospital customers (following up on online and offline marketing leads).
- Contacting prospects via LinkedIn.
- Product presentations via video conferences.
- Organizing and accompanying test setups.
- Creating offers.
- Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new customer acquisition.
Key Account Management (20%)
- Regular exchange with existing customers and documentation in the CRM.
- Management and review of HappyMed rental contracts.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
Marketing (10%)
- Lead enriching in CRM.
- Preparation and organization of trade fairs.
- Conducting post mailings.
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience (ideally in B2B sales or as key account manager in medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, but also career changers are welcome if you come from the healthcare sector, e.g., hospitals).
- Reliable, structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style.
- Optimistic character and enjoys laughing.
- Solution-oriented thinking and proactive improvement proposals and implementations in all company areas.
