Job Description
You are the first voice of myo – the person who excites potential customers, arouses curiosity, and lays the foundation for successful partnerships.
With your communication skills, energy, and structured approach, you ensure that prospects understand the value of our solutions and are willing to learn more.
Your goal: to schedule qualified appointments for our Account Executive and ensure a seamless handover.
Responsibilities
- Independently identify and approach potential customers through various channels, focusing on cold calling.
- Work systematically with our CRM system: lead, maintain, and prioritize your leads in a structured way.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate closely with the Account Executive for smooth handover.
- Continuously optimize your outreach strategies together with the team.
- Actively contribute to the development of our sales processes and tools.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Confident, friendly demeanor on the phone and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Team player mentality: work cooperatively, seek solutions rather than competition.
- Responsibility and willingness to learn – see mistakes as opportunities for development.
- Routine in dealing with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Structured, goal-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
