Quality Manager (Remote)
We're hiring: Quality Manager (remote). Are you passionate about ensuring excellence and compliance in healthcare technology? We’re looking for a Quality Manager to join our team remotely and take ownership of implementing and maintaining ISO-compliant processes that drive quality across all operations.

About the role:
As Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Wemedoo’s products, processes, and services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead quality initiatives across the organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement to support our mission of delivering trusted healthcare data solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain ISO-compliant processes and monitor/update ISO quality objectives.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Maintain and improve the internal Quality Management System (QMS) using company SharePoint.
- Oversee training management, track training completion and compliance, and coordinate internal education and continuous learning initiatives.
- Support regulatory readiness and inspection preparedness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are upheld across all operations.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field; or a degree in Quality Management (e.g., BSc in Quality Assurance, MSc in Quality Management); or an engineering degree with specialization in Quality Systems.
- Hands-on experience in clinical studies or clinical trials.
- Proven track record in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Familiarity with international standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Experience with internal and external audits, document control, and training management.
- Certifications in any of the above standards are a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence (preferred).
- Strong English literacy—both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
