Description
We are looking for a professional for the technical and organizational leadership of a great therapist team. You will work closely with the leadership team and our Chief Medical Officer, manage your own therapist subteam, conduct therapies at partner practices, and contribute to the advancement of innovative therapy offers and processes.
The position is available immediately but the start date and weekly hours (minimum 20 hours) are flexible. Upon signing the contract, you will receive a welcome bonus of 1,000 Euros gross in your first month.
What to Expect
- You will be the contact person for your sub-team in all therapeutic and organizational matters, lead the weekly intervision, and conduct feedback discussions with therapists.
- You are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees together with our HR team.
- You collaborate on the conception of innovative therapy concepts and shape our therapy processes.
- You manage interfaces with our Patient Support Team.
- You design and conduct training for the therapist team.
- You treat your own patients in the partner practice (number individually agreed upon depending on total hours).

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a psychological psychotherapist (behavioral therapy expertise).
- Interest in developing evidence-based therapy concepts and experience or openness to blended care.
- Interest in modern therapy software and process design.
- Ideally experience in team process development and tool introduction.
- Knowledge in diagnostics and strong interest in data-driven psychotherapy.
- Experience in intervision and/or supervision and preferably some leadership experience.
- Residence in Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony, or Saxony-Anhalt.
- Ideally, authorization for group therapy or willingness to conduct group therapies with patients from partner practices.
