Psychotherapeutische Teamleitung (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Psychotherapeutic Team Leader (m/f/d) for the professional and organizational leadership of a great team of therapists. You will work closely with the team leadership team and our Chief Medical Officer, oversee your own therapist sub-team, conduct therapies at partner practices, and contribute to advancing innovative therapy offerings and processes.
The role offers flexibility regarding your start date and weekly hours (minimum 20 hours). Upon signing the contract, you will receive a welcome bonus of 1,000 euros gross in your first month.

What to Expect

  • You are the contact person for your sub-team in all therapeutic and organizational matters, lead weekly intervision sessions, and conduct feedback discussions with therapists.
  • You are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees in collaboration with our HR team.
  • You contribute to the conception of innovative therapy concepts and help shape our therapy processes.
  • You oversee interfaces to our Patient Support Team.
  • You design and conduct training sessions for the therapy team.
  • You treat your own patients in the partner practice (number to be individually agreed upon based on your total weekly hours).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Psychological Psychotherapist (specialization in Behavioral Therapy).
  • Interest or experience in evidence-based therapy concepts and openness to blended care.
  • Interest in modern therapy software and process design.
  • Experience in team process development and/or tool implementation is a plus.
  • Knowledge in diagnostics and interest in data-driven psychotherapy.
  • Experience in conducting intervision and/or supervision, ideally with leadership experience.
  • Residence in one of the following German federal states: Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, NRW, Saxony, or Saxony-Anhalt.
  • Ideally licensed or in the process for group therapy and interested in conducting group therapies at partner practices.
