In your role, you will independently lead customer projects: implementation of our software solutions in outpatient care facilities such as hospital outpatient departments or medical care centers (MVZ).

You will conduct organizational discussions with customers and provide competent consultation for optimal use of our software solutions.

In close cooperation, you will work with our customers to develop specifications and target concepts and subsequently implement them in our outpatient and MVZ software.

Project planning, control, and monitoring through to project acceptance in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

You will conduct training measures for various user groups (doctors, nursing/MFA, IT staff).

You have completed training or studies in healthcare or IT or have a comparable qualification.

You possess good knowledge of the structures and workflows in the medical sector, preferably in outpatient departments, clinics, MVZs, or medical practices.

Ideally, you have professional experience in project management and in leading implementation projects.

Additionally, you have know-how regarding relevant regulations for outpatient patient care and billing and good IT skills.

You are a team player with an analytical and structured working style and possess a customer-oriented, confident appearance.
