About Myo

Myo is one of the first companies to successfully establish digitalization in elderly care, creating transparency, appreciation, and enjoyment at work. We work hard every day to improve the lives of employees in care by freeing them from unnecessary, repetitive tasks.
After gaining over 400 customers in the DACH region and England for our service, we want to transition from a startup to a grown-up company with the help of our recently completed Series-A financing of over €10 million. For this, we are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) who will fully take over the product vision and implementation for our various modules.

Responsibilities

Your tasks
  • You are responsible for our product strategy and product roadmap
  • Through methodical product discovery, you query and analyze customer needs
  • You translate customer needs into product ideas and quickly bring them to life through prototyping and user testing
  • You are in constant exchange with various teams to incorporate their findings into the product strategy and excel in structured and illustrative communication
  • You write tickets for the tech team and are able to discuss them on an equal footing
  • You define, take responsibility for, and implement complex product projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Your profile
  • You have professional experience as a Product Manager in the software industry and/or in a consulting company with a focus on digitalization
  • You have a technical understanding and have worked closely with tech teams
  • You have a strong interest in startups in the healthcare industry and the desire to work on a topic with impact
  • You can work independently, define processes, and think strategically with ease
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills and excellently present our software to stakeholders
  • You are willing to travel, as you will potentially spend up to 20% of your working time on business trips
