Process Manager Healthcare – Digitization & Efficiency

In the tribe "Healthcare Journey" (HCJ), we support people in leading a better and healthier life and offer transparent protection in the event of a claim. For this, good and efficient processes throughout the entire end-to-end service process for our customers are a very important prerequisite.

What to Expect

For further analysis, derivation, and implementation of measures to increase process efficiency and for collaboration in the squad "Service Processes & Efficiency" (LPE), we are looking for you as a Process Manager. You will assist the team with the following tasks:
  • You analyze existing benefit processes in health and long-term care insurance and derive optimization potentials
  • You identify efficiency potentials, especially through digitization and automation
  • You document processes in a Business Process Modeling tool such as Camunda
  • You develop target processes and create business cases to evaluate measures
  • You implement measures involving relevant interfaces and accompany the implementation
  • You control the further development and benefits controlling of already implemented measures

What You Bring

  • You fit well with us if you have successfully completed your studies in an economic, insurance-related, or comparable field and have already gained experience in the process environment
  • You have proven experience in process management and process modeling (ideally with Camunda)
  • You have experience in cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management
  • You think analytically and strategically while always keeping the big picture in mind
  • You ideally know the procedures of service processes in health and/or long-term care insurance
  • You work independently, contribute proactively and feel comfortable in an agile work environment
  • You communicate confidently, are team-oriented, and present yourself confidently - internally and externally
